What is the Fluid Platform?
The Fluid Platform is made up of several app experiences and a powerful cloud-based or on-prem data connection service all designed to work together based on your business needs.
Fluid ACS - Connect across multiple access control systems to control doors, manage cardholders, monitor alarms and initiate lockdowns or other macro events.
Fluid XP - Design unique user experiences and create a branded employee engagement application that increases productivity, improves satisfaction and connects stakeholders in more meaningful ways.
Fluid SI - Allow System Integrators to design their own mobile service and dealer-branded app that establishes deeper relationships with customers and incorporates a service ticketing system for enhanced workflow. Also includes a Mission Control dashboard allowing dealers to view real-time status of all customer systems and receive push notifications when systems have problems.
Fluid Dynamics - Incorporate data from any system, whether on-prem or in the cloud, into your existing infrastructure, saving time and money by outsourcing the heavy lifting instead of waiting on manufacturers to develop new features.
Fluid OEM - Develop and maintain custom integration to access control manufacturers applications for system control and mobile credential provisioning. Fluid OEM provides manufactures a custom, branded app that works seamlessly with their system and rapid development eliminating the costs associated with expanding their development team. OEM partners are also eligible to resell Fluid XP and Dynamics.

Custom App Builder
Engage your customer where they spend most of their time. You can build your app out however you would like. The sky is the limit with our platform if you can dream it we can do it!
SMS Engagement
Notify customers through SMS text messaging. Send a notification out to your app and also send a notification to people when pre-defined events occur.
Authentication
Easily authenticate to multiple identity providers via OAuth. We also have our own in-app hosted user management to streamline your processes.
Push Notifications
Send alerts from the access control system via the app or certain trigger events defined by the system. Create push channel groups to segment notifications.

Fluid Dynamics
Fluid Dynamics is an on-prem or cloud based data connection manager that can take data from any source in the system and deliver it in a defined format within the access control platform. For example, we can receive data from a camera analytics alarm, gunshot detection system or any third party application and present the data natively into the access control system.
This essentially gives access control manufactures a quick and simple way to integrate into other systems without any development effort thus providing a solution to their customers at a fraction of the cost.
System integrators are able to deliver integrations without having to wait on access control manufacturers to develop 3rd party interfaces.
